Crafting Stainless Steel History with Phoenix

With over 30 years of experience, we’re proud to work with companies of all sizes and across a wide range of industries. Our story goes back to 2003, when DuWayne Dahlke took a leap of faith and started his own company. Traveling nationwide, he provided process pipe installations and worked side by side with folks in the food, beverage, dairy, and many other industries.

As the business grew, DuWayne expanded his team and acquired a 20,000 sq. ft. facility, which opened the door to custom fabrication projects like small tanks, platforms, stairways, and skidded systems—all alongside on-site installations. But in 2016, everything changed when a lightning strike destroyed the facility. Instead of slowing down, the team bounced back quickly, leasing a temporary space while purchasing land to build a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility.

Out of that challenge came opportunity. Rising from the fire, the team rebranded as Phoenix Stainless, a name that perfectly captured their resilience. By 2018, the new facility was complete, allowing them to expand into larger fabricated projects, waterjet cutting, polishing services, and greater capacity. Just a few years later, in 2023, they doubled the size of their facility, growing to an impressive 50,000 sq. ft. to better serve their customers.

Today, Phoenix Stainless continues to build on that foundation of hard work, determination, and innovation—helping customers bring projects of all sizes to life.
